CouselPro is an efficient system designed for retaining confidential client notes. I have used the program since 2011 and found it to be a reliable, logical program which is easy to use. Although the notes are accessed quickly, they are kept secure using a two-level password to access this information.

CounselPro produces a range of reports which can be used to provide important data on counseling trends while still ensuring individual confidentiality. In terms of IT support, Donald provides quick and professional technical support to our team when it is required.
